Payment Policy
Here at Gold's Place Dental Practice, we strive to provide the best care and services possible to all of our patients. To ensure smooth processes we have the following payment policies in place for all patients: Treatment Appointments: A 50% deposit is required upon booking for all treatment appointments. If you have multiple treatment appointments booked, we only take a deposit for one appointment at a time. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment, as well as 50% deposit towards the next treatment appointment, if you have any further treatments booked.
Emergency Appointments, New Patient Appointments, and Consultations: Payment in full is required upon booking for all emergency appointments, new patient appointments, and consultations.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These measures help us maintain a high standard of care and ensure that our service remains efficient for all patients.
Deposits are fully refundable as long as we are provided 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to attend an appointment or short notice cancellation may result in the deposit being charged.
